As the Maintenance Manager, you will drive the maintenance department's success, focusing on implementing TPM practices while overseeing all facets of equipment and facility maintenance. You will coach your team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and develop strategies that enhance operational performance. Collaboration with the Safety Coordinator and regular audits will ensure all safety protocols are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily maintenance operations for critical machinery

• Establish plans for implementing TPM

• Coach and mentor maintenance team members

• Recommend suppliers for maintenance materials

• Document and review departmental procedures

Requirements:

• 10 years of diversified maintenance experience

• Excellent planning, organization, and leadership skills

• Possession of a Skilled Trade license is beneficial

• Strong capacity for conflict management

• Dedication to fostering a safe workplace
