Building Maintenance Technician — Lincoln, CA

Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Pay: $22–$23/hr Status:
Full Time, Long Term

A leading manufacturing company in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations. This is a longterm, fulltime opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, buildings, and production environments running smoothly.

• Perform general facility repairs including carpentry, painting, patching, and basic construction tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues (lighting, outlets, switches)
• Handle plumbing maintenance such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
• Support manufacturing operations with equipment checks and minor repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

• 1+ year of building or facility maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of general repairs, electrical basics, and plumbing
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working an early shift
