Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleans for residential rental properties

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas

• Identify and note maintenance or repair needs during visits

• Capture images and document cleaning progress

• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning position preferred

• Must have reliable transportation and required cleaning supplies

• High-quality smartphone camera for task documentation

• Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
