Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance inspections

• Adhere to maintenance schedules for systems and common areas

• Assess plumbing and other systems for deterioration

• Conduct routine maintenance like filter changes and repairs

• Document maintenance efforts, inspections, and deficiencies

Requirements:

• G1 Gas Technician or valid plumbing license required

• Experience in building or property maintenance is an asset

• Knowledgeable in residential systems and troubleshooting

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be reliable and manage assigned tasks effectively
