Key Responsibilities:

• Address resident issues and maintenance requests promptly

• Conduct walkthroughs to identify and fix facility deficiencies

• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance

• Uphold fire and life safety compliance through drills

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and manage yard maintenance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multi-residential maintenance preferred

• Understanding of emergency response procedures

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Capability to lift 50 lbs. or more

• Familiarity with HVAC and safety systems
