Assistant Resident Manager On-Site

On-site Assistant Resident Manager needed to support residents, property operations, cleaning, and minor maintenance across a residential community. Work four weekdays, every second weekend, and some evenings on-call.

This Assistant Resident Manager position combines resident service, administrative support, cleaning, and property maintenance. You will process applications, manage lease renewals, address service requests, and organize resident events. The role also includes walkthroughs, vacant-unit cleaning, waste coordination, and assisting with building systems.

• Greet residents and respond to concerns within 24 hours
• Process applications, notices, lease renewals, and administrative tasks
• Maintain common areas, vacant units, and exterior grounds
• Complete walkthroughs and address minor property deficiencies
• Assist with contractors, repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to clean and complete minor maintenance repairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous property management experience is an asset
