About CSN Collision
CSN Collision is a Canadian network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities. This role supports the corporate store network and its auto repair operations.
Role overviewCSN Collision is seeking a Collision Centre General Manager to oversee facility operations, manage staff and customer inquiries, and drive sales and performance.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day repair facility operations, planning, and target setting.
- Manage insurance claims and repair processes, and review repair quality controls.
- Manage parts and supply inventory, place orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Hire, train, and supervise technicians and support staff.
- Manage customer feedback and service to support satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Optimize repair schedules, production throughput, and work-in-progress management.
- Work with upper management on strategies to improve shop efficiency and profitability.
- At least five years of collision centre management or estimating experience.
- Five or more years of store management or similar experience.
- Team leadership, communication, interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Bodyshop Connect and Nexsyis is an asset.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role involves exposure to fumes, dirt, chemicals or toxins, hazards, heat or cold, and noise.
Benefits include health benefits, casual dress, training and support, and career pathways. Compensation is listed as $75,000–$125,000 per year.
