Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/Hour

Start Time/End Time:
Monday to Friday
Start time may vary each week depending on production 4:m-10:m start time
End time is 8.5 hours after start time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Health & Safety Food Standard Procedures

• Perform quality checks throughout production, packaging, and sanitation processes

• Document daily quality records in collaboration with plant team

• Conduct continuous GMP audits during production and packaging, report

• Provide on-site training to employees on SOPs, GMP and Food Safety requirements

• Accurately and promptly document all checks

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment

• Monitor physical, chemical, and biological hazards

Requirements:

• 2 years of Lead Hand experience in food production industry

• Knowledge of food safety and GMP programs
