During our peak season, we are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our Production team.

As a Seasonal Production Labourer, you will support daily production operations by assisting with hands‑on production tasks to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a fast‑paced, physically active role that plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly.

• Prepare work areas daily and ensure required materials are ready for production.
• Assist with production tasks including planting, potting, tagging, propping, sleeving, and order assembly.
• Inspect plants and materials and report any quality concerns prior to processing.
• Assist with unloading pots and applying stickers and UPC labels accurately.
• Work closely with team members to ensure orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other general labour duties as assigned to support production needs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Physically demanding work including bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in production and greenhouse‑adjacent environments with varying temperatures, including periods of heat.
• Steel toe safety shoes are required (non‑negotiable).
• Reliable transportation is required.

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Previous production, manufacturing, or agricultural experience is an asset, but not required.
