Job Summary:
As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be hands-on in cultivating and maintaining floral and tropical plant varieties. Your work ensures healthy plants, accurate labeling, and a clean, safe greenhouse environment, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain greenhouse workspaces, benches, and trays.
• Fill pots and trays with soil, plant, and transplant flowers and tropical houseplants.
• Water, prune, trim, and support plants for healthy growth and flowering.
• Tag, sleeve, and label plants accurately.
• Monitor plant health, reporting pests, disease, or stress.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe greenhouse areas.
• Follow environmental controls for tropical and flowering species.

Qualifications:

• Experience in greenhouse production, horticulture, or nursery work is an asset, but not required.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and adaptability.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow sanitation protocols.
• Able to work extended hours and weekends when needed required

Work Environment:

• Controlled greenhouse with elevated humidity and temperature for tropical plants.
• Tasks include watering, pruning, soil handling, and plant care.
