Position: Production Welder/Fabricator at AdeptAg

Adept Ag in Beamsville, Ontario is hiring a motivated Welder/Fabricator to advance its Production team. Focus on MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication for innovative horticultural solutions.

As a part of Adept Ag LLC, you will be responsible for welding and assembling components crucial for controlled environment systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in MIG and TIG welding, along with experience in interpreting blueprints and ensuring quality compliance. Your efforts will contribute to crafting efficient solutions for today's growers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute MIG and TIG welding on metal components

• Fabricate and fit structures for horticultural applications

• Operate various fabrication tools safely

• Read and interpret technical drawings and symbols

• Conduct quality inspections on welded assemblies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is a plus

• Minimum 2 years in welding and fabrication

• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG preferred

• Knowledge of shop safety and tool operation

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
