Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in grape sampling and analysis

• Conduct daily cap management and pump overs

Requirements:

• Winemaking and Viticulture Diploma or equivalent

• Less than 1 year in winemaking preferred

• ISO and HACCP certifications are a plus

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
