Position Title: Loader Operator - Kitchener, ON

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Compensation: $29,00 to per hour

Dufferin Concrete is hiring a Loader Operator in Kitchener, ON. The role involves operating a front‑end loader in the yard to load trucks and production facilities, and performing day‑to‑day plant and yard maintenance.

• Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace.
• Complete daily and weekly plant inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant and yard.
• Load aggregate material into trucks, trailers, bays, and production equipment.
• Maintain an accurate plant inventory of aggregate material.
• Communicate quickly to the supervisor about any issues that will impact production.
• Train backup operators as needed.

• Successful completion of a heavy equipment operator program from an accredited institution (asset).
• Experience operating a front end loader (experience with a John Deere 644K or similar is an asset).
• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class G driver’s license.
• Good communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).
