Position: Assistant Winemaker for Quality Wine Production

Join a leading winery as an Assistant Winemaker to support high-quality wine production through all phases. Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient processes while upholding quality standards.

In this role, you will report to the Winemaker and engage with cellar, laboratory, and operations teams. Collaborating effectively is key, as you will assist in grape reception, fermentation, and quality evaluation. With a focus on innovative projects, you will contribute to blending trials and support new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Winemaker in all winemaking processes

• Monitor wine quality through regular tasting and analysis

• Execute fermentation management and wine movements

• Assist with harvest planning and vintage execution

• Maintain accurate winemaking records for compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Enology, Viticulture, or related field

• 2–5 years of winemaking experience in commercial settings

• Strong knowledge of fermentation management and wine chemistry

• Excellent sensory evaluation and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours during harvest
