We are seeking a Shift Team Lead to oversee specified staff during shifts. You will address production-related issues, enforce regulations, and motivate team members for optimal performance.

Your role encompasses ensuring the completion of batch records and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with management to resolve worker and production issues

• Ensure completion of quality control processes

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations on the floor

• Direct activities of employees engaged in production tasks

• Provide training and demonstrate equipment operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of production lead experience preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Able to maintain detailed records

• Physically fit to lift at least 50 lbs
