Pay Rate: $17.60/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | Approximately 10-hour shifts | Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs

Our client is a growing agricultural operation specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of premium mushrooms for commercial distribution. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their team in a fast-paced, physically active production environment.

• Harvest mushrooms and assist with general crop maintenance
• Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
• Follow all food safety, quality control, and health & safety procedures
• Perform additional general labour and production duties as required

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a steady pace
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical tasks
• Ability to safely lift and move materials
• Comfortable working in a humid agricultural/production environment with varying temperatures
• Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts, with occasional Saturdays as required
• Reliable transportation to Niagara-on-the-Lake, as public transportation options may be limited

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
