In this role, reporting to the Welding Supervisor, you will be instrumental in fabricating and assembling metal structures vital for ship repair and construction. Your responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, performing welding tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Read engineering drawings and optimize work sequences

• Cut and shape metal components using various techniques

• Maintain accurate documentation for quality control

• Operate machinery, including CNC equipment

• Support colleagues with daily tasks and projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on welding and fitting experience

• CWB certification is mandatory

• Prior ship repair experience is an advantage

• Strong collaborative and independent working abilities

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
