In this position, you'll work primarily in our Blanching Department, using various machines and performing manual tasks. Your responsibilities include setting up machines, measuring work pieces, and ensuring production quality. This is a key role for maintaining precision and operational efficiency in our cutting tool manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up all necessary machines

• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications

• Check finished products against specifications

• Select and secure necessary tools and fixtures

• Perform daily machinery functionality assessments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a machine shop

• Familiarity with Blanching Machines preferred

• Math skills for measurement and calculation

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
