Key Responsibilities:
• Paint all engine parts per engineering requirements
• Document inspections and track non-conformance issues
• Facilitate assembly repairs as needed
• Oversee paint booth start-up and shutdown procedures
• Manage paint application with electrostatic tools
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant paint experience
• Knowledge of paint tools and calibration techniques
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and safety focus
• Capability to conduct work at heights and lift 40lbs
