Innovate and lead with INNIO Waukesha as a TPM Leader focused on enhancing operational performance through rigorous maintenance strategies. Drive a culture of safety while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

This essential role involves leading Total Productive Maintenance efforts to ensure that equipment performance meets industry-leading standards. By partnering with various departments such as Production and Engineering, you will champion initiatives that boost efficiency and sustainability in operations. Your expertise will help foster a workplace centered around accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of TPM frameworks

• Drive cross-functional teams for equipment availability enhancement

• Facilitate initiates for sustainable maintenance practices

• Develop and manage a predictive maintenance program

• Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Program

• At least 5 years in similar manufacturing environments

• Training in Lean, TPM, or Reliability Engineering preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skill set

• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS applications
