Position: Full-time Baker at COBS Bread

At COBS Bread, we are investing in your growth as a baker. You will work closely with experienced bakers and managers, ensuring that our bread meets the highest standards of quality. This role involves cross-functional training in all baking areas, stock rotation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Baking Team to maintain quality standards

• Uphold brand standards for safety and customer satisfaction

• Start cross-training in your designated baking area

• Assist in stock rotation and inventory management

• Provide stellar customer service and support to the bakery team

Requirements:

• Previous baking experience preferred but not required

• Ability to transport yourself to work, especially early shifts

• Lift up to 25 kg waist-high and 12 kg head-high

• Commitment to weekend and stat holiday work

• Valid Food Safety or First Aid certification is a plus
