Reporting to the Blending and Packaging Manager the job holder requires a keen understanding of blending techniques, product specifications, equipment operation and safety protocols to ensure the proper production of xanthan gum to meet industry standards. Responsible for the packaging of the produced volumes and the packaging of defect-free products to our customers while working in a safe manner. Ensuring established volumes of quality products are packaged and ready to ship to our customers.
Work closely with other team members to ensure production schedules are met and product quality is maintained; this will contribute to your success and the success of the company.
