Bayshore is seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our specialty team part-time, with 15 hours bi-weekly. You’ll be responsible for patient assessments, individualized care plans, and administering a variety of pharmacological treatments. Comprehensive training will enhance your infusion skills while allowing you to participate in professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health and develop personalized care plans

• Conduct IV access and medication administration training

• Administer specialized pharmacological treatments as necessary

• Maintain clear patient documentation and reporting standards

• Implement nursing duties according to company policies

Requirements:

• BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification

• Active registration with the provincial nursing body

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Experience with specialty medications preferred

• Valid driver’s license and excellent assessment skills
