This full-time, temporary position at Gilmore Lodge demands an experienced leader for nursing services in the Long Term Care division. You will manage nursing operations, direct care practices, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and health regulations. Candidates must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills alongside extensive experience in Long Term Care management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing department operations and staff training

• Manage medication administration and emergency protocols

• Lead the Continuous Quality Improvement Program

• Support adherence to nursing policies and legislation

• Facilitate infection control and supply management

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse certification with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years in Long Term Care management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of health service regulations
