Your position as a Registered Practical Nurse involves reporting to the Director of Care and playing a significant role in coordinating resident care. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor resident vital signs

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans based on assessments

• Organize care activities including palliative care

• Supervise and conduct training for nursing staff

Requirements:

• College certificate of competence as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Registration with the RPN Association or eligibility
