Niagara Health is seeking two casual part time Registered Practical Nurses for its ALC - Rainbow Unit in Niagara Falls. In this pivotal role, you'll apply nursing knowledge and skills to ensure safe, compassionate care. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and may experience varied shifts based on operational requirements, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care with nursing expertise

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation according to CNO standards

• Facilitate patient discharges and family education

• Participate in continuous skill enhancement through reflection and training

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One-year relevant nursing experience in healthcare

• BCLS certification and recent medication administration experience

• Proficiency in IV Therapy and enhanced nursing skills

• Availability for all shifts and consistent attendance
