This full-time Nurse Manager position is integral to delivering Community Nursing Health Services in the Niagara Falls area. You will supervise nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with health care standards.
Your role is pivotal in mentoring teams while promoting a community-oriented health approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing staff coordination and operations
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Monitor nursing practice and compliance with regulations
• Maintain positive community relations and outreach
• Ensure a focus on workplace safety and health
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration in Ontario
• 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong IT skills for documentation
• Excellent English proficiency, French a plus
• Background Check required for candidacy
