In your role, you will engage with patients and medical teams, ensuring the safe delivery of IV infusions and treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IM, SC, and IV medications as needed

• Monitor and report on infusion treatment activities

• Educate patients regarding care protocols and procedures

• Coordinate logistical needs between teams and patients

• Participate in audits and training sessions to enhance compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in nursing or health sciences required

• Current registration as an RPN/LPN

• At least 2 years of nursing experience needed

• Familiarity with IV therapies considered an asset

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
