Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and plan care
• Act as point of care lead for assigned clients

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
• CPR certification and updated immunization records

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
