Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff performance
• Collaborate with various teams on staffing and scheduling
• Evaluate and address patient healthcare needs
• Lead training sessions for nursing staff onboarding
• Assist in continuous improvement projects and budgeting
Requirements:
• RN in good standing with active license
• At least 5 years clinical experience required
• 2 years supervisory or leadership experience necessary
• Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
