Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee care delivery ensuring quality standards are met

• Collaborate with RPNs to coordinate individual care plans

• Consult on care as necessary due to changes in acuity

• Participate in achieving quality service goals

• Align resident care with Pioneer Ridge’s mission and values

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN certificate from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of long-term care legislation

• Experience in long-term care or gerontology preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
