This full-time role features Monday to Friday hours, allowing you to oversee ward operations and ensure that each patient receives individualized care. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clinical notes accurately and implementing new protocols to enhance patient care. Your leadership will help develop team members and maintain high clinical standards in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ward activities and ensure quality patient care

• Conduct full clinical checks and create care plans

• Prepare pets effectively for discharge

• Ensure excellent communication with clients

• Work collaboratively with the night team for continuity

Requirements:

• Previous senior nursing experience required

• Expertise in inpatient and critical patient care
