Key Responsibilities:

• Provide best practice assessments and treatments

• Navigate patient support and care planning

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Graduate from an approved RPN program

• Training in Medication Administration and IV therapy

• Previous nursing experience in Acute Care preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare-related software applications
