The contract spans 12 weeks with one 12-hour shift weekly, emphasizing student-centered learning and evidence-based practice. Your responsibilities include preparing patient assignments, reviewing clinical activities, and facilitating interprofessional communication amongst students and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during clinical placements

• Collaborate with course instructors on learning objectives

• Prepare patient assignments tailored to student needs

• Provide comprehensive feedback on reflective practice

• Facilitate post-clinical discussions and evaluations

Requirements:

• BScN required;
Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Recent experience in Labour & Delivery nursing

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Ability to meet immunization requirements
