As a Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will prepare students for practical care of patients with chronic health concerns. Your experience will integrate nursing concepts into real-world scenarios, ensuring students develop the necessary skills for success. Collaboration with academic staff is crucial to align student activities with course goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and supervise students in clinical settings

• Collaborate with course instructors for aligned activities

• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments

• Guide students in theoretical and evidence-based nursing practices

• Maintain student progress records and address concerns

Requirements:

• BScN completed;
Master's preferred

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience

• Recent inpatient medical nursing or teaching experience

• Effective communication and organizational skills
