Brock University is seeking a Clinical Nursing Instructor to facilitate NUSC 2P80 – Care of the Adult and Older-Adult. This role focuses on preparing nursing students for clinical settings, supporting their growth in evidence-based practices. You will collaborate closely with the Course Instructor, ensuring activities align with course objectives while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and prepare nursing students in clinical settings

• Collaborate on aligning course activities with syllabus objectives

• Provide verbal feedback and constructive assessments

• Evaluate student performance and learning achievements

• Facilitate communication within the healthcare team

Requirements:

• BScN required;
Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Recent long-term care teaching experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Verify registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
