Location: St. Catharines
Join Niagara Health’s Respirology team in St. Catharines as a Registered Practical Nurse. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care through skilled nursing while working rotating 12-hour shifts.
This temporary full-time role focuses on maintaining high professional standards and collaborating with healthcare teams. You will apply your nursing knowledge and skills to provide competent care, ensuring safety and promoting wellness. The position requires flexibility in shift scheduling, including days and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe and competent patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for quality outcomes
• Administer medications with proficiency
• Document care accurately according to standards
• Facilitate patient discharges effectively
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration in Ontario
• One year of full practice experience
• BCLS certification
• Proficiency in IV Therapy and enhanced nursing skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
