Brock is looking for a Clinical Nursing Instructor for the NUSC 4F96/98 Nursing Practicum course.

Your role will involve supervising students for 12 weeks and collaborating with course instructors and preceptors. You will help enhance students' practical skills and support their learning objectives across various clinical settings, with travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supervise students in clinical environments

• Collaborate with team members to align activities with course goals

• Provide verbal feedback and maintain professional relationships

• Facilitate interprofessional communication among students and staff

• Assess student reflections and monitor their progression

Requirements:

• BScN required;
Master's preferred

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3+ years clinical experience as a nurse

• Previous preceptor or clinical instruction experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills
