This role requires a dedicated nursing professional to supervise students in clinical contexts while collaborating closely with the Course Instructor. Candidates should possess experience in medical/surgical nursing and demonstrate a commitment to best practices in nursing education and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supervise students during clinical placements

• Collaborate with Course Instructor on curriculum alignment

• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback

• Foster interprofessional communication in the clinical setting

• Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• BScN required;
Master's preferred

• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience

• Teaching experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred

• Valid Police Record Check before contract start date
