We are hiring multiple motivated, hardworking Gardeners + Landscapers to join our Winery Estate team for Spring, Summer and Fall 2026. The team acts as Groundskeepers, maintaining the beautiful lawns and gardens as well as floral arrangements inside the wineries. We are also responsible for maintaining our Chef’s vegetable and herb gardens at Riverbend Inn, Peller Estates Winery, Trius Winery & Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery.

Andrew Peller Ltd is a family-owned Canadian brand with 4 distinct properties close together in Niagara on the Lake. This is an amazing opportunity to be mentored and trained by our Lead Horticulturist who has worked with us for 18 years. We offer transportation between properties while you are at work however transportation is required to and from work. We work hard but we have a lot of fun and past summer teammates have returned year after year, gone on to work at larger properties or even the City.

• Desire to learn new things, how equipment works and maintenance tasks around the property
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outside in the elements.
• Dependable and reliable.

• Preparing, planting and maintaining flower beds, containers and gardens (including herb gardens), as well as tree maintenance.
• Grass cutting and maintenance of all lawns.
• Using and maintaining commercial equipment such as zero turn mower, trimmers, hedge trimmer, blowers, and rototiller.
• Some hardscaping upkeep and small installations.
• Assisting with irrigation maintenance.
• Following safe work procedures and practices and reports all unsafe working conditions/hazards to their Manager.
