Become a critical part of Airbus Helicopters Canada as a Quality Assurance Composite Inspector. This permanent role requires strong expertise in manufacturing inspection with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

As a Composite Inspector, your responsibilities include performing comprehensive inspections across assembly, trim, and lay-up processes. You will be crucial in ensuring product conformity to standards and documenting any deviations. Proficiency in using measurement tools and a background in quality systems like ISO 9001 and AS 9100 are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed visual inspections of composite assemblies

• Collaborate in root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Verify completed inspections before shipping parts

• Maintain accurate inspection plans and records

• Serve as a technical mentor for assembly staff

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in composite inspection or assembly

• College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure with effective time management

• Familiarity with technical documentation and blueprints
