In the role of Quality Assurance Leader, you will spearhead quality efforts within INNIO’s Waukesha engine platforms. This leadership position emphasizes collaboration across Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing to identify and resolve product quality issues promptly. Your efforts will enhance product reliability and support new initiatives in the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion quality improvement initiatives and KPIs

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles

• Analyze reliability data for product enhancements

• Drive compliance during new product introductions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields

• 5+ years’ experience in quality roles

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma practices

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with quality tools like FMEA and 5 Whys
