Quality Manager at IMT Precision

As an essential member of IMT Precision, the Quality Manager oversees the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures compliance with industry standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001. You will manage quality policies, procedures, and control systems while providing technical direction to the quality team. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Lead certification and compliance activities for quality standards

• Develop quality policies and inspection procedures

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities

• Conduct internal and external audits for certifications

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of progressive quality experience

• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards

• Experience with Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

• Proven leadership in quality management roles

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
