Part-Time Floater Front Desk Administrator; Niagara

Position: Part-Time Floater Front Desk Administrator (Performance Auto Group - Niagara)
Location: St. Catharines

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.

Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.

Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.

Motor vehicle licensing administration.

Vehicle inventory administration.

Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Must have Daytime/evening and weekend availability as this position is on-call.

May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.

Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.

Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.

Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.

Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Personable, reliable, courteous.

Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Job Type: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week) - Permanent
Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
