Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through customer engagement

• Foster strong relationships with clientele

• Assist in executing store and corporate initiatives

• Utilize tools like Ship to Home for customer purchases

• Ensure store cleanliness and presentation standards

Requirements:

• Retail or high-volume industry experience preferred

• Strong skills in customer service and communication

• Ability to operate cash registers and stay active

• Capability to lift 30 lbs and navigate the sales floor

• Flexible scheduling needs including evenings and weekends
