As a Store Supervisor, you will leverage at least three years of supervisory experience to oversee back-of-house and sales floor activities. Your responsibilities will include merchandise receiving, stockroom management, and training and guiding your team. This role is essential for maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage incoming merchandise shipments

• Organize and reset stockroom areas for efficiency

• Execute replenishment and restocking tasks

• Support sales floor operations and visual merchandising

• Lead team training and assist in hiring process

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and organization

• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to lift 30 lbs and flexible work schedule
