Retail Store Team Leader Position

Become a key player as a Team Leader in our retail store, supporting daily operations alongside management. Lead associates, maintain merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service every day.

As a pivotal part of the management team, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing retail operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to direct and guide store associates while also managing tasks such as merchandising, inventory, and cash management. Your ability to multitask in a high-volume environment ensures that our customer service standards remain top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of store associates

• Oversee merchandising and shelf stocking activities

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Perform cash management and store opening/closing duties

• Conduct inventory processes and employee training

Requirements:

• One year of retail experience required

• 1-2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Open availability for various shifts
