Lead the sales team at American Eagle in Niagara on the Lake, ON. As a full-time Selling Team Leader, inspire excellence in guest experience and sales performance while enhancing team capabilities.

In this leadership role, you will develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with the Store Team Leader to ensure team members are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with AEO's customer service values. Engage in management tasks such as analyzing reports and delivering real-time feedback to create a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales via productivity in Fitting Rooms and Sales floor

• Lead and motivate team aligning with AEO values

• Recruit, train, and develop strong retail talent

• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching

• Innovate daily operational procedures and maintain standards

Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience required

• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills

• Knowledge of employment law fundamentals

• Business acumen in retail operations

• Flexible availability to meet guest shopping hours
