As a Key Lead, you will supervise the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional in-store atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing opening and closing routines, operating the register, and fulfilling OMNI channel orders. You will also analyze reports for informed decision-making while promoting brand awareness through engaging displays and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform effective opening and closing routines

• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently

• Fulfill OMNI channel orders in a timely manner

• Create and maintain engaging visual displays

• Support inventory control to protect store assets

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred

• At least 1 year of retail experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of current fashion trends

• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks
