Elevate your career with Sephora as a Services Lead focused on sales excellence and outstanding client interactions. You will support Beauty Advisors in implementing Sephora’s proven selling approaches to drive store performance.
As Services Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring all staff members are educated and motivated to meet sales targets effectively. You’ll oversee merchandising on the sales floor, engage with clients as needed, and demonstrate effective leadership qualities, including adjusting staffing levels to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Beauty Advisors on sales techniques and goals
• Analyze store performance and seize sales opportunities
• Act as Manager on Duty for client engagement
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards
• Engage in talent interviews for recruitment
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant retail experience
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to teammates
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to Sephora’s values and teamwork
